And now, inspired by their dreams and delicious family meals, we have decided to share with the world our handmade pasta selections. These recipes are a source of pride and a way to bring families together.

My brother Dakota and I are best friends. Growing up in a strong Italian family, food became a way of life. I followed that passion to the West Coast and became a professional chef. 15 years later COVID brought me back to Florida and a reunion with my brother. We started making pasta together and the wheels started turning! My fountain of knowledge from working in the industry for over 20 years and my brother's superior entrepreneur skills made it a perfect fit. Our mission is to bring our valued customers a taste of our life growing up, locally sourced eggs, generational family pasta recipes, and organic ingredients combined with simple but elaborate sauces.
